But I can give you an idea. For posts which have more than one page, you can control posts ID with PHP $_SESSION.. So, if first page is viewed by visitor, you create a $_SESSION variable which name is like POST ID. While visitor viewing next pages, you can control $_SESSION variable. If $_SESSION variable(which name same as POST ID) was created (this means that, visitor viewed first page), page counter plugin, not count..
